• Lead relationships with government officers at the PDC and various line departments

• Foster relationships with government officials and other partners to secure buy-in for the

implementation of new ideas and reforms

• Identifying key bottlenecks through administrative data analysis, key informant interviews,

consultations, etc.

• Oversee the implementation quantitative and qualitative research as required

• Work closely with MRC’s technical teams to develop data-informed, testable hypotheses to solve

identified problems

• End-to-end management of the piloting of solutions at the field level

• Draft high-quality written documents and presentations to synthesize findings


Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Economics, Management, Public Policy or related disciplines

• At least 5 years of work experience in government, social sector consultancies or multilaterals

• Ability to build and manage relations with government stakeholders across levels

• Ability to deliver quality outputs on time
