Job Description :


We are seeking a skilled Python Developer with 4-9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Python programming and experience with web development frameworks, data manipulation, and software development best practices. As a Python Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality Python applications to meet business requirements and enhance our product offerings.


Key Responsibilities :


- Python Development : Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications, modules, and scripts to support various business needs and objectives.


- Web Development : Develop web applications and APIs using Python web frameworks such as Django or Flask, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.


- Data Manipulation : Perform data manipulation and analysis tasks using Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and SciPy to extract insights and support decision-making.


- Database Integration : Integrate Python applications with databases using ORM frameworks such as SQLAlchemy or Django ORM, and write efficient SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data.


- Software Development Lifecycle : Follow software development best practices and methodologies, including version control, code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).


- Collaboration and Communication : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to understand requirements, define technical solutions, and deliver high-quality software products.


- Problem Solving and Troubleshooting : Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks in Python applications, and implement effective solutions to resolve them.


- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing : Document code, processes, and best practices, and share knowledge with team members to facilitate collaboration and ensure code quality and maintainability.


Skills and Qualifications :


- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.


- 4-9 years of experience in Python development, with strong proficiency in Python programming language and its ecosystem.


- Experience with Python web frameworks such as Django or Flask, and proficiency in developing web applications and APIs.


- Knowledge of database systems and SQL, with experience in integrating Python applications with databases using ORM frameworks.


- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and experience with front-end frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular) is a plus.


- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
