Designation Associate Manager
Location Bangalore
Reporting To AVP - RE & Design
Role & Responsibilities
Work In effective collaboration with department such as Procurement, Design and projects.
Should have knowledge of standardization of product and product details, specifications etc. commercial office space from a design and cost perspective.
Prepare detailed working drawings and presentations of finish material selections, furnishings, and fixtures.
Maintain up-to-date documentation of all activities.
Should have in-depth knowledge of QA/QS and costing analysis.
Aesthetics in
Strong design and visualization skills with a keen eye for aesthetics.
Experience in toilet, kitchen and cafeteria design is an added advantage.
Skillset required
Highly proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, M.S Office, photoshop.
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Unquestioned integrity, highly motivated, positive to a challenging environment.
Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment as well as independently.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Work in a fast-paced environment without compromising on quality and customer satisfaction.
Knowledge of building and accessible codes/ industry standard codes
Creative eye for detail in the preparation of design presentation materials
Prior experience in client interaction.
Experience (Years) required
4-5 years of experience in commercial or corporate interiors (preferred)
Details of previous projects worked along with the portfolio
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent.
