Responsibilities-1.

Senior Social Media/ Brand strategist -

Responsible for leading the creative and content practiceLead and manage social media presence for all our clientele, and for contributing to the organization's brand image.Liaise with brand owners/ clients/ representatives and be a liaison between the external and internal teamsWork with Business team to identify areas to build the practice and approach new clientsPrepare for pitches with the Business Team and present to prospectsWork with Paid Media, SEO teams for building holistic solutionsContribute to the company’s overall growth strategy.

Strategy DevelopmentConduct thorough research and stay updated with industry trends, competitor analysis, and audience preferences.Bring in a methodology and process and build solutions that are innovative and appealingDevelop and execute social media strategy to promote the brand and answer to any other KPIs in line with brand values

Content CreationCreate, manage, and publish original, high-quality content across social media platforms for clientsCollaborate with writer and designers to ensure content is appealing and informativeWork with influencer agencies for influencer strategy, procurement etc.Manage all company social media accounts to ensure relevant, up-to-date content.

4.

Analysis and ReportingWork with Data Analyst for metrics and insights to inform to clients on ROI regularly

5.

Content Strategy ExecutionUtilize social media management tools to schedule posts and monitor social media channel.

6.Team leadershipServe as a team leader with a strong focus on process improvements and team developmentTrain new team members across tasks and tools.
