Body Shop

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance activities in the Body Shop department. This role is critical to ensure high equipment uptime, reduce breakdowns, and support production continuity in areas such as mechanical presses, hydraulic presses, robotic MIG welding, spot welding, and CED & top coat painting lines.

Key Responsibilities:

Mechanical Maintenance:

• Lead and oversee preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance for:

• Mechanical Presses (manual & automated)

• Hydraulic Presses
• Spot Welding Machines
• Robotic MIG Welding Systems
• CED (Cathodic Electrodeposition) Painting Lines

• Top Coat Painting Booths

• Ensure maximum equipment uptime and reduce MTTR (Mean Time to Repair).

• Supervise daily maintenance activities and guide the technical team.
• Plan and execute machine overhauls, lubrication schedules, and spare parts management.
• Monitor equipment performance and reliability through KPIs
