Job Description :


Responsibilities :

- Gather business requirements and translate them into clear and concise functional specifications

- Design and configure SAP SD functionalities to meet specific business needs, with a preference for IS-Retail experience

- Develop detailed technical specifications for custom program development

- Configure Order to Cash scenarios, including Contracts, Pricing, Revenue Account Determination, Master Data Management, EDI/IDoc processing, interfaces, and Output Determination (BRF+)

- Ensure seamless integration between SAP SD and FI modules

- Manage interfaces with non-SAP applications

- Possess a deep understanding of SAP integration technologies (EDI, File transfer, API, etc.)

- Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)

- Coordinate the transport of configurations and developments to production environments

- Provide post-go-live support and user training

Qualifications :

- Minimum 10 years of experience working with SAP, specializing in the design and configuration of SAP SD

- Additional 4 years of experience in SAP IS-Retail is highly preferred

- Proven track record of successfully implementing Order to Cash (OTC) solutions in SAP

- Strong understanding of Order to Cash workflows and best practices

- In-depth knowledge of SAP SD functionalities, including Contracts, Pricing, Revenue Account Determination, Master Data Management, EDI/IDoc processing, interfaces, and Output Determination (BRF+)

- Deep understanding of the integration between SAP SD and FI modules

- Experience in handling interfaces with non-SAP applications

- Familiarity with various SAP integration technologies (EDI, File transfer, API, etc.)

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills

- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Willingness to work in an onsite/offshore delivery model
