Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid/remote role PREFERRED in India for an AI Implementation Engineer . In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize multi-agent AI solutions using modern tools, LLMs, and orchestration frameworks. You will collaborate directly with clients to understand business challenges and turn them into scalable AI workflows. Core responsibilities include deploying POCs, integrating APIs, and ensuring performance in production environments. Experience: 2–4 years Qualifications Skills in AI/ML implementation, model training, and integration of AI solutions into enterprise systems Proficiency in Python, R, or other programming languages commonly used in AI development Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure Skills in data analysis, preprocessing, and creating structured pipelines for machine learning workflows Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to tailor AI solutions to customer-specific needs Strong communication and collaboration skills for engaging with cross-functional teams and clients Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) frameworks and tools is a plus Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field  Bonus Points For Experience in telecom, BPO, or enterprise customer support use cases. Knowledge of Kubernetes , Docker , or cloud infrastructure automation. Understanding of observability (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, OTel). Prior startup or consulting experience.
