We encourage creativity, curiosity, and forward thinking to drive continuous improvement and solve complex challengesJob Role: Business AnalystLocation: RemoteYour Responsibilities:Conduct detailed analysis of E-Commerce site setup and configuration requirements using commercetoolsGather and document business requirements for custom E-Commerce app and theme developmentTranslate business needs into technical specifications and user storiesWork closely with development teams to ensure requirements are metFacilitate communication between stakeholders and development teamsConduct market research and competitive analysis to inform project decisionsCreate detailed documentation and reports on project progress and outcomesAssist in the development of test plans and coordinate user acceptance testingRequired Skills and Experience:Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsUnderstanding of E-Commerce platforms, such as Commercetools, SFCC, Oracle ATG or Hybris and understanding of its capabilitiesUnderstanding of MACH architecture principles (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless)Ability to gather and document business requirements effectivelyExperience translating business needs into technical specificationsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsFamiliarity with agile methodologies and practicesCompetency in using tools for market research and competitive analysisAttention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesUnderstanding of E-Commerce app development, theming customization, and 3rd party integrations, E-Commerce APIs and utilizing both Frontend and Backend APIsHighly Desirable Skills:Exposure to SaaS / PaaS - Enterprise B2B software, ERP, and CRM platformsUnderstanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).Experience working with diverse clients and people to serve a global user base, especially with internationalization and localizationYou Are:Detail-oriented but can still understand and convey the bigger pictureExtremely client-focusedThriving in ambiguityExcellent at managing multiple prioritiesWilling to learn and have a sense of humility (bonus points for being humorous too)Collaborative and will celebrate your wins with the teamInOrg Global is an equal opportunity employer.
