About Travel & Payments & Mitt Arv (Payroll company)T&P is a Payments Consulting firm with the Partners having 100+ cumulative years of experience across companies like VISA, Uber, JP Morgan Chase, Expedia, Microsoft, Paypal, Shopback (Hoolah) and 40+ freelance consultants providing high profile, high impact business and management consulting services in the payments domain. T&P has partnered with to open a GCC center in India. We have already onboarded 11 people who work exclusively for Yuno under the payroll of Mitt Arv.Mitt Arv is a Product + Services company and a wholly owned subsidiary of Travel & Payments Consulting Services Pte Ltd (Singapore) - YunoAt Yuno, we are building the payment infrastructure that enables all companies to participate in the global market. Our technology offers companies access to leading payment capabilities, allowing them to engage customers confidently and maintain global business operations with seamless payment integrations worldwide.About the role• Lead technical discussions, design reviews, and decision-making within your squad.• Participate in the agile software development process, ensuring technical excellence and efficient delivery.• Provide mentorship and guidance to other engineers, fostering growth and best practices.• Take ownership of the full lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.• Collaborate closely with product and business teams to align technical decisions with business goals.• Architect, design, and implement APIs and microservices using cutting-edgetechnologies.• Contribute to the continuous improvement of coding standards, security, and automation practices.• Help shape Yuno’s technical roadmap and advocate for engineering excellence across the organization.*Do note, this is not a pure managerial role but also has elements and needs of being hands on yourself.The skills you needMinimum Qualifications• Proficiency in Golang.• Experience with Kotlin/Java is a plus.• 7+ years of backend development experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.• Experience designing and maintaining microservice architectures.• Strong understanding of SQL and Postgres.• Familiarity with OWASP security principles.• Experience using Git, unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines.• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.• Autonomy, adaptability, and ownership of your deliverables.• Fluent English (written and spoken).Preferred Qualifications• Experience in the payment industry.• Experience integrating Payment Service Providers.• Knowledge in Frontend languages.• Experience leading small technical initiatives or mentoring developers.• Strong architectural mindset — able to balance innovation with reliability and scalability.We hope you read through the requirements.
