Job Responsibilities -

  1. Review location accounts and provide guidance and support to location accountants to ensure online accounting, consistent accounting practices
  2. Monitor budget implementation and variance across locations. Support in annual budget exercise
  3. Financial forecasting and cash flow management of locations
  4. Consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports from all locations and prepare various analysis and dashboards for sharing and cost / process improvements
  5. Overseeing financial operations of the locations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in accounting practices and processes.
  6. Ensure compliance with accounting principles, organisation policies and regulatory requirements.
  7. Coordinate and support audits of locations
  8. Review and implement internal controls at locations
  9. Identify areas for process optimization across locations and support implementing standardization of financial procedures and automation of routine tasks
  10. Coordination between central office and locations and other functions on finance-related matters and financial documentations

Qualifications & Skills:

  1. M.Com and / or B. Com with CA (Inter) or ICWA (Inter)
  2. Minimum 7 to 10 years of accounting experience (core accounts role), with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  3. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., ERP, Tally etc.) and Microsoft Excel.
  4. Strong understanding of location financial management and consolidation.
  5. Excellent communication, supervision, leadership and organizational skills.
  6. Willingness and ability to travel to locations
  7. Required attributes
    – Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to coordinate effectively across teams and locations.
