Job Responsibilities -
- Review location accounts and provide guidance and support to location accountants to ensure online accounting, consistent accounting practices
- Monitor budget implementation and variance across locations. Support in annual budget exercise
- Financial forecasting and cash flow management of locations
- Consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports from all locations and prepare various analysis and dashboards for sharing and cost / process improvements
- Overseeing financial operations of the locations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in accounting practices and processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, organisation policies and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and support audits of locations
- Review and implement internal controls at locations
- Identify areas for process optimization across locations and support implementing standardization of financial procedures and automation of routine tasks
- Coordination between central office and locations and other functions on finance-related matters and financial documentations
Qualifications & Skills:
- M.Com and / or B. Com with CA (Inter) or ICWA (Inter)
- Minimum 7 to 10 years of accounting experience (core accounts role), with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., ERP, Tally etc.) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of location financial management and consolidation.
- Excellent communication, supervision, leadership and organizational skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel to locations
- Required attributes
– Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to coordinate effectively across teams and locations.
