Job description

Support the finance function of our Float Glass manufacturing unit. The position will be responsible to drive financial processes and systemsDrive the cost reduction initiatives at functional levelNetwork with Purchase team in spearheading the purchasing cost optimizationUnderstand the key drivers of the cost elements and working closely with Plant operations team exploring various cost reduction projectsBudgeting, Monthly reporting, Projections to Head Office on the costing, variances and discussing the same with department headsInternal Controls Compliance.Preparation of various MIS reports on inventory, spares and consumables consumption, Purchase price etc.Ensuring proper inventory management to control working capitalBenchmark the plant costs across location/products/manufacturing linesCollaborate with Shared Services center for transactions relating to Payables, Book Closing, Taxation, etcHighlighting key areas of concerns to management and thus enabling decision-making and help organization improving profitability.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

B.Com/ CMA inter (Only Semi Qualified) -

3 to 4 years of overall relevant experience.Candidate who is having costing experience and manufacturing experience can apply to our job role.

Location-Gujarat, Jhagadia.

Transportation will be provided.
