MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / ACTIVITIES OFTHIS JOB (list not more than 10items)DistributorManagementIdentify new distributors for businessenhancement and continue generating sales through existingdistributor. Ability to manage the relevant business of theassigned territory through a distributor or a set of distributors.

Identify new distributors for businessenhancement and continue generating sales through existingdistributor.

Planning the geographical penetrationand product strategy to achieve planned numbers.

Educating and upgrading the Distributorsinfrastructure like Warehouse Stocking Logistics manpower to meetthe present and future demands

Selectingtraining and monitoring the Distributors sales team to ensure theireffectiveness

Ability to judge /manage the criticalactivity in the distribution set up in terms of backendinfrastructure like finance stocking logistics service and trainingas well as frontend infrastructures like manpower market coveragesupplies competitor activities schemes and promotion managementmarket os and slowmoving inventories

Inventoryplanning to ensure the availability of right stock at thedistributors and stores serviced by the distributor and assist inclearing nonmoving stocks.

Ensure thereceivable are maintained at agreed levels for both distributorsand outlets served by him.

OperationManagementDevelop and manage the right product mixfor the respective sales channel. Make recommendations based onmonthly forecast and marketing information analysis.

Maintain & develop relations withtrade associates.

Knowledge and understandingof the territory to be handled in terms of existing marketsupcoming markets and untapped markets. Conducting Competition andmarket mapping at frequent intervals to study marketmovements.

Ability to manage /supervise the channelhealth in terms of material availability new product launches slowmoving inventory management

EducationGraduate / Post Graduate

ExperienceRequirementsIndustry requirements: White goodsGarments FMCG

Specific experience in handlingdistributors / Franchisee will be preferred.

34 years of relevant experience.

Knowledge and understanding of theterritory to be handled in terms of existing markets upcomingmarkets and untapped markets

Excellent communicationskills;Frequently interact with internal andexternal partners for collaboration Negotiation for mutualagreement problem resolution.Strong relating skills for buildingtrustful partnership with internal and external businesspartners.
