About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and proactive Tele Callers to join our admissions team for the upcoming academic year. The ideal candidates will handle admission-related enquiries, follow up with prospective parents, assist in admission conversions, and maintain accurate call records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle admission-related enquiries from prospective parents.
  • Follow up regularly to ensure timely admission conversions.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls and interactions.
  • Collaborate with the admissions team to achieve targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and represent the organization professionally.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate with strong communication skills.
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in a similar role (freshers can also apply).
  • Good phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude.
