▷ (High Salary) Client servicing executive - Advertising

Currently, we're on the lookout for a Client Servicing Manager (Account Manager) to join our team. This key role will bridge the gap between our clients and our creative teams, ensuring effective and meaningful communication. We're seeking an experienced candidate with a background in Advertising/Digital Agencies. If you meet the following requirements and are up for the challenge, we'd love to hear from you
Responsibilities:
- Nurture and maintain strong client relationships.- Assist clients in meeting their communication needs.- Prepare detailed briefs for account planning, production, studio, creative, and media departments, ensuring accuracy against the brief.- Collaborate seamlessly with various teams to address client needs promptly.- Thoroughly review the output from the internal team before delivering it to the client or releasing it to the media.- Ensure timely billing for services rendered and efficient bill collection.- Maintain precise records of existing and potential clients, ensuring timely recoveries.- Actively seek out new business opportunities through client referrals.- Serve as the single point of contact for clients, offering comprehensive 360-degree solutions spanning Traditional, Digital, and New Media.
Requirements:
- A master's degree in business administration or an equivalent qualification.- A deep understanding of the latest technologies and emerging mediums.- Over 3 years of proven experience as a client servicing executive within a reputable agency or agencies.- Proficiency in MS Office and creating impactful presentations.- Excellent email etiquette and presentation skills.- A demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Effective communication skills.
