BML Munjal University's School of Management (an initiative by the HERO Group), is seeking to enrich its faculty by inviting applications for the positions of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and Full Professor.

- Financial Management: Specializations in Financial Markets & Institutions, International Finance, Risk Management, Mergers & Acquisitions.- Financial Accounting: Expertise in Managerial Accounting, Cost Accounting, Forensic Accounting, Sustainability Accounting.- Strategic Management: Focus areas including Corporate Strategy, International Strategy, Technology and Innovation Strategy, Artificial Intelligence & Platform Strategy.- Management Information System: Knowledge in Information Systems, Business Intelligence, IT-enabled Governance, ERP.- Operations Research-Project Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management

Candidate Profile:

In alignment with our strategic direction, candidates should exhibit a robust research potential and an impressive teaching record. Required qualifications include:

- A completed doctoral degree from an accredited institution.- A track record or demonstrable potential for publishing in leading, peer-reviewed management journals.- A proactive, collaborative attitude, contributing to the department and enhancing BMU's reputation nationally and internationally.

Experience Criteria (Minimum Requirements):

Assistant Professor: 1-6 years in teaching, research, or industry. Recent graduates with a provisional doctoral degree are encouraged to apply.

Associate Professor: A minimum of 8 years in teaching, research, or industry.

Full Professor: Over 10 years in teaching, research, or industry experience, with at least four years as an Associate Professor.
