About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Python (backend as the primary skill) and good knowledge of React (frontend) and FastAPI. You will join our team in building AI Agents for the Life Sciences CRM space. The role involves designing, developing, and delivering intelligent modules that automate workflows in sales, operations, and compliance. This is a full-time role where backend development in Python is the core responsibility, complemented by React and FastAPI for frontend and API layer development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop clean, scalable, and maintainable backend services using Python (FastAPI).
  • Build and maintain frontend components using React.
  • Work with PostgreSQL (or other SQL databases) for data storage, queries, and optimization.
  • Integrate APIs and build end-to-end features across CRM modules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, GitHub Copilot, or similar) to boost productivity and code quality.
  • Participate in Agile sprints, code reviews, and daily standups.
  • Take ownership of deliverables, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Python programming (projects, professional experience, or internships).
  • Familiarity with SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
  • Strong ability to utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, or others) for coding assistance.
  • Problem-solving mindset, ability to work independently, and strong team collaboration skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools, frameworks, and technologies quickly.
