We have a Walk-In drive scheduled on the 14th & 15th Nov for Security Settlements.Candidates having relevant 2-10 years of experience can attend the below drive.Time : 10.30am - 1.00pmDates : 14th -15th Nov'25Venue - eClerx, Building no. #11, 2nd floor(3rd by lift), Mindspace Airoli, Thane Belapur road.POC to meet - Neha KumariSpecialism – Security SettlementsAs part of our Security Claims settlements team, you will be directly working with clients to understand failure of Security claims and its implication in market resulting to Interest claims. This role expects individual to know end to end Settlements and reconciliation, OTC derivatives, experience in DTCC platform and Claims cycle.The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, with an ability to listen and comprehend information and share it with all the key stakeholders, highlighting opportunities for improvement and concerns, if any. He/she must be able to work collaboratively with teams to execute tasks within defined timeframes while maintaining high quality standards and superior service levels. The ability to take proactive actions and willingness to take up responsibility beyond the assigned work area is a plus.The ideal candidate should possess strong business understanding of finance industry with special focus on Trade Lifecycle, settlements, OTC derivatives, reconciliation, FX, DTCC and Interest Claims. He/she should be good with numbers and ability to derive information from data with excellent multi-tasking and creative problem solving. He/she should have strong capabilities in PowerPoint, MS Word and MS Excel and should be able to build domain expertise and lead from the front with the ability to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities and work as part of the team.Security settlements- Senior Analyst ResponsibilitiesResponsible for all components of the daily claims settlement, ensuring accurate and timely processing, through adherence of internal control policies and proceduresBetter understanding of ISITC, ICMA, TMPG & ISDA GuidelinesInformation on CSDR guidelines would be an added advantageResearch and resolve problems relating failed tradesMaintains proper daily workflow documentation evidence for compliance purposesDaily interaction with external clients on failed trade related queriesExperience in monitoring Euroclear, DTCC and any other centralized settlements platformMonitor local market instruction and matching on international tradesWork with settlements team to resolve trade breaks and failsMinimum QualificationsGraduation (B.Com., BBA, BBM, BCA) / Post Graduation (M.Com., MBA, PGDM)2 to 5.5 years of experience in Settlements and OTC derivative.Should have basic knowledge of finance, trade life cycle, investment banking, Interest Claims and derivatives.Should be good with logical and quantitative abilities.Preferred QualificationsAbility to manage and complete specific tasks with minimal directionShould be able to act fast and decisively when dealing with critical situations – ability to read situations and act in minutesWillingness to continuously learn, upgrade skills and stay relevant to business demandsExcellent interpersonal skills – ability to network and earn confidence of diverse Client personnel plus interaction with and management of eClerx India based operations team.About UseClerx Financial Markets offers consulting, technological innovation, and process management expertise to uniquely solve operational challenges for financial organizations worldwide.
