Job Summary:

The In-Stock Manager will be responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels, ensuring product availability, and managing stock replenishment to meet customer demand efficiently. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to ensure seamless supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels across all product categories to ensure stock availability and minimize excess inventory.
• Stock Replenishment: Develop and implement stock replenishment strategies based on sales trends, seasonal demand, and promotional activities.
• Strong Follow-Up for Goods: Ensure strong follow-up for goods from the supply team to manage lead times, order quantities, and delivery schedules.
• Forecasting: Analyze sales data, market trends, and historical performance to forecast inventory needs and make data-driven decisions.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular inventory reports, highlighting key metrics such as stock levels, turnover rates, and stockouts.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy, reduce lead times, and optimize stock management.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the purchasing, merchandising, and sales teams to align inventory strategies with business goals.
• System Management: Utilize inventory management systems and tools to track and manage stock levels, orders, and supplier performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in inventory management, supply chain, or a similar role, preferably in the apparel industry.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in inventory management software and tools.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
