To further our growth, we are building a supply chain practice from the ground up. You will work closely with senior management to develop and expand our supply chain practice while leading the implementation of supply chain solutions for key clients as a solution architect or in a functional role.


Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of industry best practices, business processes, various supply chain platforms, technical architecture, and value propositions.
  • Lead the complete lifecycle of projects from design to delivery for customers across diverse industries and geographies.
  • Understand customer requirements by leading workshops with functional and business owners and documenting the processes.
  • Effectively map business requirements into supply chain platforms and develop a clear, phased, and achievable blueprint.
  • Work with a team of consultants to configure solutions for solving deep planning problems and establish rigorous performance monitoring processes.
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve issues, coordinate defect tracking, analyze problems, and oversee the resolution process.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-6 years of experience implementing supply chain planning applications.
  • Must have experience in O9 platform, BY, Kinixis (6 months- 2 years)
  • Experience with SAP , ORACLE
  • Deep understanding of supply chain planning concepts such as Demand Management, Distribution Planning, Master Planning, and S&OP.
  • Strong ability to lead by example and demonstrate proficiency in both product and domain.
  • Experience leading a team through the full lifecycle of a supply chain planning solution implementation, including business requirement gathering, solution design and build, UAT/SIT, go-live/cutover, and value realization.
  • Experience using agile methodology to deliver large-scale enterprise implementations.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentation.
  • Strong analytical techniques, data mining knowledge, and proficiency in handling and processing large amounts of data.
  • Ability to communicate mathematical, technical, or software usage concepts to audiences with limited prior mathematics, technical, or software background.
  • Strong verbal, written, presentation, and demonstration/training skills.


Education:

  • B.tech/ Master’s Degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields with a concentration in operations or analytics is preferred.
