Job Description – Political Science & Legal Studies Teacher

Purpose of Role: To teach Political Science & Legal Studies (Classes 10–12 CBSE) and take part in residential school activities.

KRAs:

  • Deliver lessons as per CBSE curriculum.

  • Encourage debates, discussions, and current affairs awareness.
  • Participate in co-curricular, outings, and emergency dorm support.

KPIs:

  • ≥80% students score above 70% in board exams.
  • 100% syllabus completion before deadlines.
  • 90%+ attendance in prep classes.

Skills: Strong subject knowledge, communication, critical thinking, mentorship, flexibility.

Qualifications: Master's/Bachelor's in Political Science/Legal Studies with B.Ed. (Residential school experience preferred).
