Job Title: HR Officer Compliance

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Officer Compliance to join our HR Compliance Team at our Nashik Head Office. The candidate will be responsible for managing statutory compliance, ensuring adherence to labour laws, and handling contractor compliance in line with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor statutory compliance requirements including PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF, and other applicable labour laws.
  • Handle licensing processes and permissions for statutory and regulatory authorities.
  • Ensure sub-contractor compliance with applicable labour laws and company requirements.
  • Maintain accurate compliance documentation and audit records.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, and external agencies to ensure timely submission of returns and reports.
  • Stay updated on changes in labour legislation and advise management on compliance matters.
  • Support HR team in implementing compliance policies and processes.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Qualification: DLL, MPM, BBA (HR), MBA (HR) or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in HR compliance within the infrastructure/construction/engineering sector.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of labour laws and statutory requirements.
  • Proficiency in handling PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF compliances.
  • Good coordination and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage external agencies and government authorities.

Gender Preference: Male
