PNBISL derives strength from Punjab National Bank which is one of the largest Nationalized Bank in the countrywith Pan-India network.Position: Merchant Banker AVPLocation: MumbaiQualification: MBA / CA / CS / LLBExperience: Minimum 8+ years in Merchant Banking / Investment BankingAbout the RoleAs a Merchant Banker, you will be at the forefront of executing capital market transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks, and managing high-quality deliverables for clients. This role demands strong knowledge of SEBI regulations, corporate laws, and a proven ability to manage end-to-end project execution in investment banking.Key Responsibilities- Conduct due diligence for capital market transactions.- Handle drafting, compliance, disclosure, and reporting requirements.- Ensure proper record keeping in line with SEBI and regulatory norms.- Interact and coordinate with clients for smooth project execution.- Perform quality checks and ensure accuracy of all client deliverables.- Prepare pitch books, company profiles, and investment memorandums.- Stay updated with guidelines/regulations under SEBI, Companies Act, FEMA, Income Tax Act, etc.- Collaborate with internal teams for execution of Capital Markets transactions (IPOs, FPOs, Rights Issues, etc.).Requirements- Minimum 8+ years’ experience in Merchant Banking or Investment Banking.- Strong knowledge of SEBI guidelines, Companies Act, FEMA, Income Tax regulations.- Experience in capital markets transactions and regulatory compliance.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client-handling skills.- Self-driven, dynamic, and result-oriented professional with ability to think out-of-the-box.Why Join Us?- Opportunity to work with a SEBI-registered Category-I Merchant Banker.- Backing of Punjab National Bank, one of India’s largest financial institutions.- Exposure to high-profile capital market transactions.- Collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.How to ApplySend your updated resume to Contact:
