About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical professional to join our team as a Data Reporting & Analysis Specialist . In this role, you will handle large volumes of data, prepare insightful reports and dashboards, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams in a hybrid setup, ensuring accuracy and process excellence at every stage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with large datasets to prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Utilize advanced Excel functions (lookups, reference formulas, pivot tables) to analyze data efficiently.
  • Ensure data accuracy and maintain a strong commitment to detail in all deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet reporting requirements and deadlines.
  • Research and gather data from websites and social media platforms (including LinkedIn) to support analysis.
  • Develop innovative methods to compare data across different databases and workbooks.
  • Adapt to shifting priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience working with data analytics, reporting, and visualization.
  • Advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, reference formulas).
  • Strong process orientation and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable managing ambiguity and changing priorities.
