As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team.


We’re seeking a talented Motion Graphic Designer and 3D Artist/Drafter with a keen eye for detail, a strong aesthetic sense, and proficiency in creating captivating motion graphics and detailed 3D visuals. The ideal candidate will blend technical skill with creativity to produce dynamic visuals for various media, including digital advertising, product visualization, and immersive experiences.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Motion Graphic Design: Create high-quality motion graphics for digital media, social media content, ads, explainer videos, and other marketing initiatives.
  • 3D Modeling & Drafting: Develop 3D models, architectural drafts, and realistic renders for product visualizations, animations, and presentations.
  • Concept Development: Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize ideas and refine visual concepts, storyboards, and design briefs.
  • Animation: Produce animations and special effects that enhance storytelling, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and project goals.
  • Asset Management: Maintain and organize digital assets, templates, and files for efficient use and version control.
  • Project Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with other departments, including marketing, production, and creative, to ensure cohesive project execution.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all designs are of high quality, completed on time, and meet project requirements and brand standards.


Requirements:


  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, 3D Art, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in motion graphic design and 3D drafting.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Strong skills in 3D software such as Blender, Cinema 4D, Autodesk Maya, or similar.
  • Familiarity with CAD software and architectural drafting tools is a plus.
  • Creativity & Design: An eye for design, color, typography, and motion principles.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex ideas visually and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing previous motion graphics and 3D work is required.
