Visit Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for the outbound travel B2B Sales Marketing Manager at ISA TOURISM PVT.LTD, located in Vasant Kunj, South Delhi. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing and leading the sales efforts to meet company sales goals, developing and implementing marketing strategies, creating and managing marketing campaigns, attending industry events, maintaining current relationships, building new partnerships with clients and industry partners, and analyzing and reporting on sales and marketing performance. Qualifications Experience in sales and/or marketing in the travel and Tourism sector. Experience in managing and leading a sales team Knowledge of travel marketing strategies and tactics Professional communication skills in oral and written English with strong interpersonal skills Ability to develop and implement tourism marketing campaigns Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, hotel or travel management or a related field 5 years Experience in the outbound tourism industry is mandatory Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
