Responsibilities :

- Lead and participate in SAP TM implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

- Analyse clients' transportation processes and requirements to design and implement SAP TM solutions that streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.

- Configure SAP TM functionalities including transportation planning, freight order management, carrier selection, route optimization, and freight settlement.

- Customize SAP TM functionalities as needed to meet specific client requirements, working closely with developers and other consultants.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SAP SD, MM, and PP consultants to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.

- Provide guidance and training to end-users on SAP TM functionalities, best practices, and system usage.

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP TM systems, troubleshooting issues, implementing enhancements, and managing system upgrades.

- Stay up to date with the latest SAP TM trends and innovations, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.

- Minimum 4 to 14 Years of experience working as an SAP TM Consultant, with hands-on experience in at least 2 or more full lifecycle implementations.

- In-depth knowledge of SAP TM functionalities including transportation planning, freight order management, carrier selection, route optimization, and freight settlement.

- Strong understanding of transportation industry processes and best practices.

- Proficiency in SAP TM configuration, customization, and testing.

- Experience with integration between SAP TM and other SAP modules such as SD, MM, and PP.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members at all levels.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.

- SAP TM certification is preferred but not required
