Location: Chandigarh IT Park (Work From Office – No Remote Option) Experience: 8+ Years (Hands-on Full Stack & Architecture) Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role Acme Minds is seeking a Senior Full Stack Technical Lead / Architect to design and build cloud-native, microservices-based enterprise applications . This is a work-from-office role in Chandigarh IT Park. We’re looking for someone who is not just a strong coder, but an experienced architect capable of guiding teams in designing scalable distributed systems. If you have deep experience in modern Java Script/Type Script, Node.js, and React , and can lead complex architecture discussions—not just write code—this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: Architect, design, and guide the development of scalable full-stack applications . Drive microservices architecture , messaging queues, and event-driven systems. Evaluate and implement AWS services (Lambda, ECS, Aurora, API Gateway, Glue, SQS, Open Search, Batch) to support enterprise-grade solutions. Provide technical leadership and mentoring across frontend, backend, and Dev Ops teams. Define coding standards, perform code reviews, and ensure performance optimization . Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical designs . Required Skills and Experience Core Stack: Node.js, Type Script, React.js, Redux, Python, Jest. Architecture: Proven track record with microservices and event-driven messaging (Kafka, Rabbit MQ, SQS, or similar). Cloud & Dev Ops: Deep experience with AWS (API Gateway, ECS, Lambda, Aurora, Glue, Open Search, SQS, Batch) and CI/CD pipelines. Databases: My SQL, Redshift, and strong query optimization skills. Frontend Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Java Script, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap. Tools: VS Code, Data Grip, Jira, Git Hub, Postman. Leadership: Ability to mentor engineers, lead design sessions, and set architectural standards. Nice to Have Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) Familiarity with containerized test execution (Docker, Kubernetes) Preferred Qualification Experience in high-scale product development or fast-paced startup environments. Strong communication skills to work closely with cross-functional stakeholders. Prior experience designing distributed systems and real-time data processing is a plus.
