Role : QA Engineer (Salesforce Testing)

Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications, customizations, and integrations.

- Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, system, and integration testing, to identify defects and verify software quality.

- Collaborate with development teams and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into effective test plans.

- Automate test cases using tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or other industry-standard testing frameworks.

- Monitor and track defects using test management tools, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.

- Provide regular updates on testing progress and defect status to project managers and other stakeholders.

- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and adherence to quality standards.

- Ensure test coverage and effectiveness of testing strategies, making recommendations for improvement where necessary.

- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Salesforce testing and quality assurance.

- Assist in the creation of test documentation and reports for project tracking and auditing purposes.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support the overall success of projects.

Requirements And Skills : Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 5 years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on Salesforce Testing.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, applications, customizations, and integrations.

- Proficiency in testing tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or equivalent automation frameworks.

- Familiarity with test management tools such as Jira or similar platforms.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced setting.

- Salesforce certifications in testing or development are a plus
