Job Title: Solution Architect

Experience:5-10 Years

NoticePeriod: Immediate to 15 days

Location: Bangalore

JD:

Responsibilities:

·Design and Architecture: Develophigh-level and detailed solution architectures that meet business requirements,ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles and technologystandards.

·Technical Leadership: Lead technicalteams in the design, development, and implementation of complex solutions,providing technical guidance and ensuring best practices are followed.

·Stakeholder Engagement: Collaboratewith business stakeholders, project managers, and IT teams to understandrequirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

·Documentation: Create and maintainarchitecture documentation, including design specifications, diagrams, andtechnical roadmaps.

·Technology Evaluation: Evaluateemerging technologies and tools, making recommendations for their adoptionbased on business needs and industry trends.

·Integration: Ensure seamlessintegration of new solutions with existing systems, including third-partyapplications and services.

·Quality Assurance: Establish andenforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure the delivery ofhigh-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

·Risk Management: Identify technicalrisks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

·Experience: 5-10 years of experiencein solution architecture, software development, and IT project management.

·Education: Bachelor’s degree inComputer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Amaster’s degree is a plus.

·Technical Skills: Proficiency inprogramming languages such as Java, .NET, Python, or similar. Experience withcloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), microservices architecture, andcontainerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

·Frameworks and Tools: Knowledge ofarchitecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar. Familiarity withDevOps practices and tools (CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Git).

·Communication Skills: Excellentverbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complextechnical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

·Problem-Solving: Strong analyticaland problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering innovative andeffective solutions.

·Certifications: Relevantcertifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, MicrosoftCertified: Azure Solutions Architect) are highly desirable.

·Soft Skills: Strong leadership,teamwork, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced,collaborative environment.
