We are seeking a talented and experienced Appian Lead Developer with a minimum of 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate must hold an Appian Associate Developer/L1 certification and possess in-depth knowledge and expertise in Appian Design, develop, and implement Appian applications to meet business requirements.

- Lead and mentor junior developers in the team.

- Design process models and implement Appian solutions based on best practices.

- Utilize Appian concepts such as activities, events, gateways, smart services, and integration services.

- Demonstrate expertise in Sail Components and Appian Functions.

- Manage groups, users, and access controls within the Appian environment.

- Develop records with filters and multiple views.

- Create process reports and tempo reports as per business requirements.

- Design and develop sites with multiple types of pages to enhance user experience.

- Implement integrations and custom plugin creations as needed.

- Perform basic database operations including select queries, CRUD operations, view creation, and stored Appian Certification (L1 & L2) is mandatory.

- Minimum of 4-5 years of Appian development experience.

- Strong understanding of process modeling concepts.

- Proficiency in Appian components such as Sail Components and Functions.

- Experience in managing groups, users, and access controls.

- Knowledge of records creation with filters and multiple views.

- Familiarity with process reports, tempo reports, and site creation.

- Experience in integration and custom plugin creation is preferred.

- Basic database knowledge including select queries, CRUD operations, view creation, and stored procedures.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Appian Senior Developer/L2 certification is preferred.

- Early joiners are Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
