You will work closely with IFS Consultant and client IT to understand their business needs, manage data mapping activities, and ensure the successful migration of Maximo solutions to IFS.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Mapping:
  • Oversee the data mapping process from Maximo to IFS, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) into IFS.
  • Develop and execute data migration strategies to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data.
  • Conduct data mapping and transformation activities in Maximo to align with IFS requirements.
  • Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure successful migration.
  1. Consultation and Analysis:
  • Conduct Maximo process matching with IFS Consultant and Client.
  • Provide expert guidance on Maximo solutions, including best practices for data migration and system integration.
  • Document and communicate business processes, data requirements, and system specifications.
  1. Client Engagement:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and managing their expectations.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by addressing issues and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Facilitate effective communication between clients and project teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in Maximo or data management are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Maximo Consultant or similar role with a strong focus on data migration.
  • In-depth knowledge of IBM Maximo Asset Management, data migration methodologies, and ETL processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail in data handling.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • IBM Maximo Certification (e.g., Maximo Asset Management Specialist).
  • Experience with specific Maximo modules relevant to the Oil, Gas and Energy.
  • Familiarity with data structure specific to Maximo.
