We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Architect to lead and oversee architectural projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong design expertise, technical proficiency, and leadership qualities to manage a team of architects, designers, and consultants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and execution of architectural projects.
  • Translate client requirements into innovative, functional, and sustainable design solutions.
  • Oversee preparation of detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Conduct design reviews, site inspections, and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and design staff.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Ensure quality control throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, Photoshop and other design tools.
  • Excellent knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and project management.
  • Strong creativity, design sensibility, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
  • Effective leadership, team management, and client communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of professional experience in architecture and project management.
  • Registered/Certified Architect (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50, ₹75,000.00 per month
