3-5 years.Purpose of the JobTo develop vibrant content for internal/external customer communication channels. Candidates with corporate content writing experience is preferred. Expertise in HTML & CSS coding knowledge & Digital Adoption Platform walk me development is desirable. Applicant who has multilingual, Video Tutorial & in app content creation experience in addition will have an edge.ResponsibilitiesDevelop interactive UI elements within application using tools like walk me or whatfixWriting clear marketing copy to promote our products/services, attract customers and boost brand awarenessEnsure all-around consistency in Style check, clarity and conciseness in writingQuality assurance of all content moved for next level of reviewStrongly adhere to processes and guidelinesStrong research skills including gathering and analyzing data from SME’s to develop respective documentationMust have the ability to understand the products by hands-on experienceManage multiple assignments simultaneously while working independent and with other writersDevelop and maintain wide variety of topics for multiple platforms such as newsletters, blogs, websites, training materials, video or in app tutorial scripts, etc.QualificationAny Computer Degree with 3+ years of proven work experience in Digital Adoption Process & in app content writing​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Skill SetExtensive knowledge in walk me/whatfix, SnagIT and CamtasiaExpertise in CSS & HTMLProficiency with Office suite such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS Visio, etc.Flexible writing style and ability to turn engineering speak into easily understandable concepts. Must have excellent verbal & written communication skillsFamiliar with the process of Documentation Development Cycle, attention to detail, critical and analytical thinking and highly motivated individual with ability to grasp complex engineering conceptsAbility to maintain confidentiality and work in a fast-paced environment to meet aggressive deadlinesSuccessful track record of working independently both in an office and telecommuting settingShould have the portfolio of published articles
