Position Overview:
As the Product Manager for the Loyalty Program, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our loyalty program and driving customer engagement and retention. You will lead the development and execution of strategies and initiatives to enhance the program's value proposition, increase member participation, and drive business
growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and execution of the loyalty program roadmap, including defining new features, enhancements, and initiatives to drive member engagement and retention.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, design, and customer support, to define requirements, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality experiences for loyalty program members.* Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify opportunities to differentiate our loyalty program and deliver exceptional value to members.* Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the loyalty program, including member acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifetime value* Work closely with data analysts to analyze program performance metrics, identify trends, and uncover insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.* Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies to promote the loyalty program, drive member enrollment, and increase member participation.* Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in loyalty program management to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
