Company - Engineersmind Corp Role -Lead Devops Engineer Location - Bangalore/Noida WFO Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Lead DevOps Engineer with an emphasis on AWScloud technologies and working knowledge of Azure. This role requires deep expertisein architecting, deploying, and managing cloud infrastructure for a variety ofapplications, with a strong focus on front-end workloads. Proficiency with critical AWSservices—including VPC, Lambda, Elastic Load Balancing, Route 53, CloudFront, EC2,RDS, and S3—is essential. You will lead the design of scalable, secure, and resilientenvironments, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate across teams. Key Responsibilities Architect, implement, and maintain AWS infrastructure, focusing on:o Elastic Load Balancing (ELB): Configure and manage Application LoadBalancers (ALB), Network Load Balancers (NLB), and Classic LoadBalancers to distribute traffic efficiently, maximize application availability,and prevent server overloads.o Amazon Route 53: Manage DNS routing, domain registration, and healthchecks; implement advanced routing policies (weighted, latency-based,failover, geolocation) to ensure high availability, low latency, and seamlessintegration with AWS resources.o CloudFront: Optimize content delivery and caching for front-endapplications.o EC2: Provision, monitor, and scale compute resources.o RDS: Manage and optimize relational databases i.e. RDS Aurora, MySqland Postgres DB.o AWS Lambda: Absolute expertise with AWS Lambda with Layers andECR integrations.o VPC: Design secure, scalable network topologies, including subnets,security groups, and peering.Lead the support of existing applications, migration, deployment, and scaling offront-end, back-end and data applications in the cloud.Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).Automate CI/CD pipelines and streamline release processes.Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance and costs.Integrate and support Azure services as needed for hybrid or multi-cloudscenarios.Mentor and support DevOps team members, fostering a culture of continuousimprovement.Stay current with cloud trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.Required Skills and Experience 10+ years of hands-on DevOps experience, with at least 3 years in a lead orsenior hands-on role.Deep expertise in AWS, including:o Elastic Load Balancing (ALB, NLB, CLB): advanced traffic routing, healthchecks, and high-availability configurations.o Route 53: DNS management, custom routing policies, domain registration,health checks, and integration with other AWS services.o CloudFront, EC2, RDS, VPC, Baston host.o Hosting Front end applications using EC2 and containerso Overseeing cost optimization for current applications and infrastructureWorking knowledge of Azure cloud services and integration/migration strategies.Strong proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, AWSCloudFormation).Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline).Proficient in scripting languages (Python, Bash, or similar).Solid understanding of networking, security best practices, and cloud costoptimization.Experience supporting front-end application deployments and troubleshootingperformance issues.Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.Preferred QualificationsAWS and/or Azure certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect Professional,DevOps Engineer, Any Azure certification good to have) (Must have).Experience with containerization (Docker, ECS, EKS, AKS) (Must have).GitHub and SonarQube integration experience is required.Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, Datadog,Prometheus).Prior experience in a multi-cloud or hybrid environment (Must have).About The Company Website- EngineersMind is an IT consulting firm (founded in 2017) specializing in software development , Liferay digital experience platforms , UX design, and cloud integrations in the financial, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors.  With teams across the US and India , they deliver end-to-end solutions —from front-end portals to backend system integration—leveraging AWS, Azure, GCP , and user-centric design to drive digital transformation.
