Our aim is to be a one-stop solution for all the needs of commerce professionals.Qualification:Under Graduate / Post GraduateExperience:Fresher/ 1-2 YearsJob Location:BangaloreLanguage:EnglishResponsibilities :- Daily communicate with the faculty and make the day-to-day timetable and communicate it to the operation team.- Faculty feedback needs to be taken once the batch is completed or during the batch.- Faculty are provided mementos on the last day or after the batch is completed- Send reminders to faculty to resolve student doubts on the ArivuPro App.- Ensure all the travel, stay, learning materials, shirts, and equipment are arranged a day before the project for the faculty.- Ensure all the data are set up on Zoho as per the SOP.- The Operation Management Team oversees the arrangement and readiness of the classroom, ensuring that writing materials, seating, and teaching aids are properly set up for optimal learning.- Handle the setup of courses on the LMS platform, making certain that the online platform, including the recording feature, is functional.Right Fit :- Proficiency in schedule management, resource allocation, and logistics coordination.- Hands-on experience with ERP, Zoho Sprints/Projects, and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive).- Ability to coordinate effectively between faculty, students, and internal teams.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Comfortable using Learning Management Systems (LMS), online teaching platforms, and apps for communication and scheduling.Job Type : Full Time
