About the Company

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end UX design process for credit card products and features, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring a seamless and cohesive user experience across all touchpoints.
  • Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gain insights into user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
  • Translate user insights and business requirements into innovative design solutions, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements, prioritize features, and align on design goals and objectives.
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback, usability testing results, and data analytics to continuously improve the user experience and drive product innovation.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design and fintech to inform design decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Champion user-centric design principles and advocate for the importance of UX within the organization, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in designing digital products and experiences. (BFA/MFA preferred)
  • Proven experience designing for fintech or financial services products, preferably credit card or banking products.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
  • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for innovation, creativity, and continuous learning, with a strong desire to make a positive impact through design.
