Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the B2B paper cups segment
Build and maintain relationships with clients, including restaurants, cafes, and food service providers
Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
Budget and meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
MIS / Sales reporting to management
Requirements:
8+ years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in HoReCa / Paper / packaging / food service industry
Proven track record of success in B2B sales and marketing
Knowledge of the food service industry
Experience in leading a Sales team
Strong network in the B2B segment in Bangalore
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
