The role involves consulting with clients to understand their business processes and utilizing Oracle Cloud HCM to deliver solutions. Key tasks include managing and support of existing implementation, day-to-day support involving collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with client goals and objectives.QualificationsFunctional Expertise in Oracle HCM modules Open Enrolment, Total compensation statement, Core HR activities, Journeys, Fast Formulas, Benefits, Recruitment & learningStrong consulting skills, with a focus on understanding and analyzing business processesExperience with support, implementation of Oracle HCM modulesAbility to manage business process studiesExcellent communication and collaboration skillsExperience in the IT or consulting industry is beneficialBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
