Role Description
We are looking for a proficient Business Analyst with expertise in gathering business requirements, developing BRDs, LLDs, HLDs, managing clients, and documenting meeting minutes. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of solid experience as Business Analyst.. The role demands working closely with Clients, Stakeholders, design and development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.- Conducting thorough research and data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that address business needs and objectives.- Creating and maintaining detailed documentation, including business process flows, user stories, and functional specifications.- Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.- Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies within the business analysis function.- Staying informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to business analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and analyze complex data sets.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.- Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies is a plus.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges and technologies.- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
