Walk-In Drive for Accounts Receivable Roles

Open Roles in Accounts Receivable:

We are looking for skilled and motivated professionals for the following AR functions:

  1. Billing

  2. Timely and accurate invoice generation

  3. Coordination with sales and operations for billing inputs

  4. Ensuring compliance with customer contract terms

  5. Cash Application

  6. Applying incoming payments to appropriate customer accounts

  7. Reconciling unapplied and misapplied payments

  8. Working closely with banks and internal teams for resolution

  9. Credit Management

  10. Reviewing and analyzing customer creditworthiness

  11. Setting and monitoring credit limits

  12. Risk analysis and exposure control

  13. Collections

  14. Following up with customers on overdue invoices

  15. Resolving disputes in collaboration with internal departments
  16. Maintaining aging reports and collection metrics

Preferred candidate profile

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field
  • 1-8 years of relevant experience in any of the above functions
  • Strong analytical, communication, and MS Excel skills
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus
  • Candidates should be comfortable working in APAC / UK / US shift timings
