We are dedicated to innovation and effectiveness in the digital marketing realm.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site E-commerce Advertising and Marketplace Manager role located in Chandigarh. You oversee the creation and implementation of brand strategies on a global scale. Responsibilities include managing brand consistency, conducting market research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing marketing materialsYou will be monitoring market trends, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring the brand message is strong and consistent across all channelsMarketplace, strategy, management, forecasts and results. These include short and long term objectives, customer metrics and overall performance. Develop reports and reporting formats.Oversee the day-to-day marketplace E-commerce operations, customer service, updates, post listings, promotions, merchandising, maintenance and performanceEnsure that daily site maintenance is conducted; correcting product descriptions, product placement, new item posting, out of stock item removal and functionality meets and exceeds company expectations. This is a tactical job of maintenance of the site through Amazon and Channel Advisor  Reconciliation of premium Marketplace listingsDevelop time and action calendars with processes and procedures to ensure actions are successfully completedDevelop cost center budgets for all phases of marketplace E-commerceDevelop annual marketing calendars, plan the media spend, and work with internal teams to prepare all marketing deliverablesShortlist, approach and negotiate with influencers to collaborate with the brand and monitor the performance, in turn coming up with list of influencers to collaborate with in the futureQualificationsExperience in Brand Strategy, Market Research, and Competitive AnalysisExperience with E-commerce marketing and digital sales drivers with marketplace and channel advisorsSkilled in Project Management, Campaign Development, and Cross-functional Team CollaborationProficiency in Digital Marketing, Social Media Strategy, and Content CreationExcellent Communication, Leadership, and Problem-Solving skillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fieldAbility to work effectively in an on-site team environmentExperience in global or international brand management is a plus
