Looking for a creative, hardworking and organised person to join our team
Job Summary:
This is a full time on-site role for a Retail Merchandiser. You will be responsible for end to end order fulfilment, liaising with Production team for ensuring timely production and dispatch of orders, working with the QC to ensure quality of products, keeping documentation up to date, and providing excellent customer service.
You will be working closely with the team to ensure that the merchandise meets the company's standards and the customer's needs. You will possess excellent communication and organisational skills with an ability to multitask and pay attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete order fulfilment and management of orders received- Vendor management and liasing with various stakeholders- Pricing and product development- Inventory management and replenishments- Market research and sales projections- Managing Website Backend – Fixing errors and maintaining the website hygiene
The Role requires you to:
- Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations of the e-commerce business- Liaise with manufacturing to ensure good quality of products within the timeframe required- Facilitate collaboration between operations, marketing, finance, logistics and vendors- Monitor and manage a team of merchandisers
Our Ideal Candidate has:
- 3-5 years experience with e-commerce Operations and Shopify platform- Knowledge with Shiprocket portal- Education and training in Fashion Management / Merchandising- Proficiency in adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and other design softwares will be a plus point
