Project Planning: Assist the Project Manager in developing the project plan, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and analysis of critical paths. Project Execution: Work with the project team to execute the project plan, monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and take corrective actions as needed. Resource Management: Assist the Project Manager in managing project resources, including people, equipment, and materials, to ensure they are used efficiently and effectively Communication: Facilitate communication between the project team, stakeholders, and the Project Manager to ensure everyone is aware of project progress, risks, and issues. Developing project schedules-Work with project managers and other stakeholders to create detailed project schedules, including tasks, timelines, and resource allocation. Collaborating with project teams: Work closely with project teams to ensure that schedules are accurate and up-to-date, and to identify any potential scheduling conflicts or issues. Analyzing project data: Analyze project data, such as resource utilization and project costs, to identify opportunities for improvement and to make recommendations for changes to the project schedule. Documentation: Assist in maintaining project documentation, including project plans, project schedule, status reports, change requests, and other project-related documents. Budget Management: Assist the Project Manager in managing the project budget, including monitoring project costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and reporting on budget status. Quality Assurance: Ensure that the project is delivered to the required quality standards by monitoring quality throughout the project and taking corrective actions as needed. Risk Management: Assist in identifying project risks and developing risk management strategies to minimize the impact of potential risks.

Bachelorof Engineering/Diploma in Engineering Degree in Electrical/Electronicsdiscipline or its equivalent. Possessesmore than 5 years working experiences in rolling stock industry. Excellenttechnical knowledge of rolling stock product, preferable in Locomotive Excellentknowledge on project execution Goodknowledge of IT systems. Excellentcommunicator, both written and oral. PeopleManagement experience. Wellversed in Microsoft Office and Project SchedulingThis role is based in Kalwa, Mumbai (Posted Location –Vizag). You will also get to visit other locations in India and beyond, so you’llneed to go where this journey takes you. In return, you’ll get the chance towork with teams impacting entire cities, countries – and the shape of things tocome.
