The key responsibilities of this role typically include the following:Roles and ResponsibilitiesProgram Plan: Drive the programs key metrics and deliverables on a weekly basis, working in tandem with the Client success, Tech operations, Impact and Measurement teamsWork as KAM: Develop and implement account growth strategies to increase revenue by Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the account.Relationship Management: Establish and nurture robust relationships with sponsors/funders by serving as their primary liaison for all inquiries or concerns Regularly engage with funders/sponsors through check-ins, updates, andprompt resolution of questions or issu.EsPrioritization and Problem-Solving: Set the prioritization for the team, consciously thinking from Sponsor, Qure and future opportunity perspective. Identify the bottle necks and key challenges in the program and develop processes to fix them permanentlyDeliverables through Cross-functional Collaboration: Guarantee timely completion of client deliverables by collaborating closely with various departments, including sales, marketing, and product development. Strive to enhance customer experience and provide valuable client insights to refine product offerings and marketing strategiesSuccess Metrics Reporting: Provide project overview and reports to the sponsor on a monthly frequency, make sure that the sponsor objectives are being met Managing Program Cost: Manage the entire Program cost and make sure the program is not overshooting the budgetDriving Adaption: Making sure the end sites are using the product as per the right use case and retaining them post sponsorship periodBuilding the Team: Training and coaching the program team associate managers and interns on the desired skill set and ensuring that the program team is learning and growing togetherKey KPI'sNorth Star metric for account: Scans Volumes,SitesAccount TCV annuallyStakeholder NPS-
