Tracking of KRAs / KPIs

Track the overall talent demand-supply status for MS/ENG-SWC. Manage the TBP, CF planning process.

Follow up on talent acquisition topics

Preparing and tracking investment plan / expenditure

Moderate the MS/ENG-SWC Leadership team meetings and follow-up on the Open points

Support in preparing for the content for the Steering committee reviews

Interfacing with the BGSW EHT organization for talent transformation needs

Organizing workshops, Market places

Co-ordinate the internal satisfaction surveys

Co-ordinate and manage the overall communication and branding for the MS/ENG-SWC

Looking for A result-oriented person who can manage various stakeholders Having a keen interest towards business and cooperation topics Good communication and content creation skills Ability to network across BGSW departments and locations Ability to multi-task and execute tasks effectively Being resourceful and having a solution mindset

Qualifications

A person with very good communication skills and experience in managing various stakeholders across the BGSW organization.

• Minimum 10+ years of work experience
• MBA would be added advantage
