Job Description:

  • As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet organizational goals and revenue targets. You will play a pivotal role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, conducting market analysis, and fostering strong relationships with key customers and partners. Your analytical skills and strategic mindset will be instrumental in optimizing our sales processes and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet organizational goals and revenue targets.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and budgets based on market insights and historical data.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners to drive business growth.
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support and service.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline, monitor its health, and ensure the accuracy of sales data.
  • Analyze sales data and reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key metrics, achievements, and challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales strategy development and implementation, preferably in (Retail, CPG, Telecom, and Pharma).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results.
  • Proficiency in Hunting, Farming, and New Logo acquisition.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Experience in Software Sales, Solution Sales, , Account Management ,IT Service sales, and Analytical Sales.
