Data Scientist (6 years of experience)
Required Skills:
6 years of experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models in both on-premises and
cloud (Microsoft Azure preferred) environments.
Proficient in Python (primarily) or other data science programming languages
Strong background in machine learning algorithms, including supervised, unsupervised, and
deep learning technique(s)
Expertise in data preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection, and hyperparameter
tuning.
Hands-on experience with Azure Machine Learning or other cloud-based data science platforms
Familiarity with Azure data storage and processing services (e.g., Azure Blob Storage, Azure SQL
Database, Azure Cosmos DB)
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, domain experts,
and software engineer(s)
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights and
recommendations to stakeholders.
Good to Have Skills:
Experience in the IT infrastructure domain, such as network, cloud, or database administration.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for model deployment and monitoring
Familiarity with agile software development methodologies
Experience in building end-to-end data pipelines, from data ingestion to model deployment.
Exposure to natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision techniques
Certification in Azure data and AI services (e.g., Azure Data Scientist Associate, Azure AI Engineer
Associate)
