Key Responsibilities

- Parent Communication: Maintain open communication with parents regarding student performance.
- Social & Emotional Development: Foster positive student relationships, discipline, and respect.
- Collaboration: Work with colleagues, teaching assistants, and administrators to enhance curriculum and teaching methods.
- Professional Development: Stay current with educational trends and best practices.
