Advanced Engineering - eMotors Components & Complete MachineMindpool Technologies is hiring for Advanced Engineering - eMotors Components & Complete Machine in Bangalore Experience : 6 -12 YearsLocation : BangaloreInterview location : PuneMNC : Hybrid modeJob Description Familiar with innovation management and hands-on experience in leading technology intensive projects Responsible for maturing solutions or technology towards introduction in motors area with a mid-term (1-2 years) to long-term (> 2 years) time plan Responsible for deriving and realizing thermic concepts Overall responsibility of components and assemblies from a constructive point of view (design) guarantee of a functionality, ready for production, assembly meet, meeting timeline and meeting the target costing. Main contact person for design and development topics internally (eMotors) /external (Supplier) for the respective component/assembly Release of work products (Materials, Norms, Production instructions and Drawings) Supplier management at a technical level FMEA of the assembly / product. Qualifications B.Tech or M.Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engg.(IITs / NITs) Additional information Clarification of constructive and technical questions internally/external (interface to the internal / external customer, suppliers, process development, production line, sample shop) Faimiliar with 3D-modeling and 2D-drawing creation in TcE and NX including SAP-documentation and creating of PRV, FHW, assembly Instructions on component-/assembly-level Keeping the milestones of the schedule plan on component-/assembly-level Coordination and Execution of the component testing with the lead-designer and the validation team Product development acc. PE Collaboration in Basic ISEC teams (Simultaneous Engineering), project team Development of validation plans in close cooperation with trial and application Cooperation in the development of assembly and manufacturing processes Assignment of analytical calculations e.g.: FEM-simulations (hardness, EMAG-influences, number of rotations, temperature) on component-/assembly-level Participation and responsibility in the project for FMEA, DFMA, DRBFM, Focus area matrix, list of special characteristics, FHW, PRV on component-/assembly-level Support procurement of components (sample parts) Derive special components (for telemetry and thermal machines) Complete document set of the component/assembly to be prepared for the ordering of samples and product release.
